Desco (design & consultancy) Ltd are Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Consulting Engineers working primarily in the construction industry. We established the company in October 1998, with the objective of becoming a medium sized practice that has the calibre of people, design tools and effective support systems that allow the business to get involved in projects of all sizes and compete with the best in our industry.

 

 

DCS originally started as a full Management Accounts Bookkeeping service in 1980 with company offices in Livingston. Until 1993 we only provided managed payroll services to our accounts clients. However, the growing demand for outsourced payroll services led us, in 1993, to open offices in Sunderland and Glasgow offering these services directly to businesses who wanted payroll only. DCS Payroll clients now span the whole of the UK.
